We all gave seen the green smoothies or juices on Pinterest and they look amazing and let me tell you they taste amazing here is my version.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Cup of Kale
1 Cup of 100% Organic Carrot Juice
1 Cup of Green Tea
1/2 Apple
1 Small Orange
3 Slices of a Yellow Lemon
1 Slice of Cucumber
1 Small Pinch of Ginger
Mix all ingredients in your blender, you can add bananas or grapes, I usually drink this during lunch along with half a sandwich. With this green juice I feel full until dinner time at 6 have you tried any green smoothies or juices?? What are your favorite ingredients ?
