First Impression: Birchbox

I just received my first Birchbox ever!!! 

Can you tell I'm excited very very excited, I've head about  Birchbox on you-tube for a while but after seeing multiple reviews and Box opening videos I decided to give them a try and see for my self what the have to offer and of course experience it for my self.  I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and it took 2 weeks for the process to go through and then about 5 days after it was shipped to arrive, I was a little impatient and kept checking to see how far along I was then once it shipped I tracked it every single day but it was all worth it because I really like what I have received.

Like I said I really like what I have received and I pretty happy with the sizes in everything that I have received. I'm most excited to try the Macadamia products with I'll do a Review on later.  Also very happy with Benefits Benetint I have been wanting to try for a while and see if it works with my skin tone.  Overall for $10.00 a month I think that it's worth it and you don't feel like you waisting your money, specially if you like to try new things before you spend your money on a full size item this is great.

First Impressions: It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin

For months I have been trying to get my hair as healthy as I can, I have been doing everything from coconut oil and deep conditioner and everything else I could think of.  I started to do a little bit of research and I saw that the same leave-in treatment brand kept popping up, It a 10 miracle leave-in treatment and I decided to give it a try and I'm in love I have use it twice and I really do think that this is actually working for my hair.  Within the first use I felt my ends were less brittle and defenantly less dry I was sold.  

The product promises to do 10 things:

1. Maintenance of keratin straigtening treatments 

2. Increases styling & manageability 

3. Perfect for all hair types 

4. Replaces lost protein 

5. Prptects the natural keratin in hair 

6. Protects against heat 

7. Restores hydration balance 

8. Detangles, defrizzes, and add shine 

9. Strengthens hair structure 

10. Seals cuticles for extra silky hair 

Overall I love the product and I will continue to use it, but I will try to switch it up with other its a 10 products

First Impression: Clear Scalp Ultra Shea Butter Shampoo Conditioner

I received a free sample of the Clear Scalp Ultra Shea Butter Shampoo Conditioner through there facebook page. The sample that they send was not like other samples that I have received in the past in a envelope that there is not even enough product to try, instead this was a 1.7 fl oz bottle of shampoo enough to wash your hair at least 3 times and the same for conditioner but I think that the conditioner I would only be able to use it twice.


I'll go ahead and begin the fragrance it actually reminded me of the a baby shampoo, it was very light but to my surprise the fragrance did stay in my hair. I washed my hair the night before at around 9 am the next morning the sent was still there specially as a brushed my hair.  As I washed my hair I felt that my hair felt so clean, my hair also felt soft and conditioned just with the shampoo. I applied the conditioner next as always I focused on my ends and then clipped it up while I washed the rest of my body, after about 5 minutes I washed it off and again my hair felt so soft and conditioned.  When I got out the shower I toweled dried my hair and left it to air dry for the rest of the night.  In the morning my hair was not as frizzy as usual and my ends looked less brittle.  I wont lie I can't say that my hair is fully moisturized after one use, what I can say is that I do like that shampoo and was really surprised by the way it works. 

If I had to compare it to a higher end shampoo and conditioner I say its very similar to the redken all soft shampoo and conditioner combo which I do own and use on its regular basis. They smell similar and make my hair feel similar and the best part if the price difference between the two.  I'll continue to use the sample until is all gone and will do and update and I'll let you know if I decide to purchase it.
