I was once a material girl one who taught she deserved everything, but was willing to work hard for it. You see I started working when I was 13 years old at my moms hot dog stand any was making money off tips and a small salary that my mom paid me. Many people said it was not work that is was helping out my mom, but to me this was job a job that taught me responsibility and that by working I could have anything I wanted. After a couple of years of working for my mom I worked at a jewelry store and that gave me more responsibility since I know had a boss that was not related to me, I worked there for about 8 months and I learned a lot about gold and being a good sales representative. Through out this job was making enough for a 17 year old great since the only thing I had to pay was my phone and of course the rest of the money went to clothes and shoes, by the time I was a senior in high school I had over 80 pairs of shoes and enough clothes to not have to do laundry for at least 3 weeks. After I reached this amount of "MATERIAL" things I was lucky to find my husband and after 2.5 years of dating we got pregnant and had yamita.
After I had my daughter everything changed all my 80 pairs of shoes and clothing were gone (given away to family) I did still have lots of things but know my everything was my daughter, I would walk into a store and I would head to the children's department I would have to be reminded that I needed clothes too and I know every mom has gone through this. Know days after many years have passed my spoiled life style is no longer in the picture, yes my husband still buys me whatever I "NEED" you see I've changed so much since I no longer focus my purchases in "WANTS" but in "NEEDS" and I know focus in shopping for quality not quantity.
Through out this blog I will try to show you my personal style and my daughters using all the coupons and discounts that are out there to look put together and do it all within a certain monthly budget.
Thanks for stopping by this quiet afternoon,
YAMILETH
