A minute for the east coast

I feel so sad for all the damage that Hurricane Sandy did to the east coast, not only was the damage done to material things but also psychologically. Many people lost everything and will need to start over, others lost a loved one that will be missed and nothing will bring them back. This disaster affected children, parents, grandparents and somehow we can all related since we are all daughters, sisters,  and parents. For us that we are far away there is not much that we can do but pray for those who are going through this rough patch, below ill list different ways that we can help weather we are close or far.

You can donate at any of this places anything helps 0.01-- ?? what ever you can donate will help someone who has lost something or everything.

If you are close or in the affected area you can donate blood, food, shelter (if you have a safe dry place) and if all you have is a shoulder lend it to some one to cry on.  If you have 5 minutes listen to someone care for them, donating does not necessarily mean that you have to give money you can donate your time also.

I just wanted to take a minute for everyone in the east cost send a prayer to them and help in any way possible.

Thanks for stopping by this quiet afternoon,
YAMILETH
